Justin R. Gaither is a business owner & Marketing Executive with over 19 years of experience in the Healthcare industry. Justin currently serves as Director of Strategic Marketing and Growth for Synergy O & P. Justin is the owner of The Chuck4Short Foundation, Inc., 501(c)3 and a Partner with Strategy Geeks, Inc. He graduated from Norfolk State University in 2002. Justin is a member of First Baptist Church of Glen Arden, a representative of the 100 Fathers, Inc. and a Lifetime Member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. In his free time, Justin enjoys quality time with his family and coaching youth sports. He’s the current head coach of the 2032 Dynamic Disciples AAU basketball team.
